IT Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to work primarily from our Main Bank location in New Glarus.


This position is responsible for providing support and back-up to the Bank’s IT Manager, which includes yet is not limited to, assisting with the oversight of the Bank’s LAN/WAN to insure connectivity; working with hardware, software, printers, telephone and voicemail systems; and implementing patches or other security enhancements, when assigned. Responsible for the organization’s internal “IT Help Desk”, which supports efficient and effective use of computers, phones, copiers, software, etc. by employees. To assist in the testing, monitoring and logging of IT areas for security, intrusion, malware, etc. and provides support for the maintenance and testing of the Bank’s disaster recovery program. Acts as back-up for IT Manager’s duties and assures organization has general IT support. To have a basic understanding of the Bank’s core system and solid knowledge of non-core Bank computer software programs utilized.


Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree from a relevant four-year college; or two-year degree from a technical college with minimum of three years or more related IT experience. Attainment of industry specific certifications beneficial when applicable to the Bank’s systems, equipment, and/or software applications.

Proof Processor/Operations

We are currently seeking a Proof Processor/Operations person to work primarily from our Main Bank location in New Glarus.


This position is accountable for support work within and for the deposit operations department. Will assist with SVP, Retail Sales duties and responsibilities as needed. Accountable for completing daily proof work, and core system support work for stop payments, overdrafts and NSF processing. Works with customers' remote deposits and is the primary employee for processing the Bank's Fed Cash Letter. Takes direction from manager and Bank's Compliance Officer to ensure areas of support work are in compliance to all regulations. Have a strong understanding of the Bank's core system which includes, but is not limited to, CIF 2020, Vertex Teller Item Capture and Store Forward. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and senior management regardless of job title or routine job duties. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.


Qualified candidates will have a Relevant two-year degree from technical college with work experience; or three years or more related experience and/or training and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
