Commercial Loan ProcessorClick Here to Apply for the Commercial Loan Processor Position

Location: New Glarus - Main Bank

Position Level: Full-Time

The Commercial Loan Processor position is responsible for preparing complete loan documentation and system support work for new and renewed loans, including but not limited to, record data input, maintenance to various systems, monitoring accuracy of loan reports, preparation of loan documentation, filing and perfection of the Bank’s collateral.

 

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the loan operations team by:
  • Establishing and processing new loans and renewals
  • Completing loan data entries
  • Comparing and balancing mortgage insurance reports
  • Preparing and sending loan deferments and denials
  • Assist customers with loan payments
  • Support and assist in the follow-up of all incomplete loan file work.
  • Work with the Bank’s HMDA and/or Compliance Officer for providing accurate information for the quarterly tracking report and annual required HMDA submission to the government.
  • General administrative support work
  • Back-up to Loan Clerk for paid loan processing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Relevant 4-year college; or 2 year degree from technical college with work experience is preferred, but willing to offer appropriate training.
  • Ability to prepare: reports based on direction, general business correspondence, and daily task procedures, as assigned.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables and situations where only in most cases standardization exists.
  • Proficient with a 10 Key Calculator, Keyboarding, Knowledge of Personal Computer and Wide Array of Software Applications, Working Knowledge of LAN/WAN.

Position Level: Full-Time

Reports To: Monroe Branch Manager

 

This position is responsible for:

  • Performing various paying and receiving functions within the Bank
  • Servicing all deposit customers with attention being paid to the accuracy and details of the job
  • Referring additional products and services to clients when appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to team members such as filing, maintaining supplies, and ensuring customer information is up-to-date.

 

Qualified candidates will have

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Preference will be given to those with prior banking and/or general cash handling experience.
  • Candidates must be available to work closing shifts and work in the branch’s Saturday rotation schedule.

Location: Monroe Branch

Position Level: Full-Time

Reports To: Monroe Branch Manager

The Personal Banker position is responsible for opening new deposit accounts and maintaining existing deposit accounts services, paying and receiving activities, customer inquiries, and assisting with customer greeting and phone coverage.

 

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Meet the customer’s needs by describing the benefits and features of the Bank's products and services to ensure maximum cross-selling and account retention.
  • Work with IRA/SEP accounts to open/close, maintenance, compliance, and option types.
  • Work in and with the safe deposit area for debit/ATM card ordering.
  • Sell Bank products and services by clarifying customer's needs, validating services being delivered, presenting features and benefits, and closing by asking for the business. Offer logical enhancements during the selling process and develop customer relationship. Send personal thank you on each account opened, and complete the 2-2-2 follow-up.
  • Complete proper documentation for all deposit account relationships from opening to closing of an account, including making needed updates and changes.
  • Work closely with all Bank team members to ensure that we treat all customer inquiries, questions, and complaints with respect and follow through.
  • Maintain professional and community affiliations to increase the Bank’s visibility and new business opportunities and to further personal development.
  • Assist supervisor with training for backup in the personal banking and teller areas and for ensuring proper branch coverage at all times.
  • When applicable, perform duties as a Receptionist duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant 2 year degree from technical college, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Strong customer service skills, cash handling experience and supervisory skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Bank’s core system which includes, but is not limited to, CIF 2020, Vertex Teller Item Capture and Store Forward.
  • Proficient with a 10 Key Calculator, Keyboarding, Knowledge of Personal Computer and Wide Array of Software Applications.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Also complete rate, ratio and percentages, and to create and interpret statistical information and graphs.
